I just read your latest information from the F.C.C. And to say the least
They are trying to make an example out of you .
One question though , how is it that your transmitter is "allowed" to
Stay operating at the High school ? How is it different that the other
Transmitters ? Is it that "ground wire" again ??

Ken---so cool. So very cool. I'm able to listen from south of Phoenix now, thank you. I went to Youtube, show you to my friend, can't find a solo video with you showcasing your talents. You could fix that. Congratulations to you and Jan, you look great together and I'm really happy for you.

Hi Ken, I note that the FCC has licensed a station on May 19, 2010 in Estes Park Colorado with the call sign KENC. Will you be changing your station's means of identification to avoid confusion that would arise? It is nice to hear your station on the air. Best wishes. Larry from Indiana.
Larry, thanks for the note. We are still waiting on the FCC letter to us from both their legal and OET offices. I was sure that the call letters would be an issue and now I'm postitive it will be. We have another call set to go that is neither K or W and I'm thinking we'll use a juxtaposistion of my wife's name Jan and mine Ken and go with JENC but will run it up the FCC's muster pole first. No big deal, but a lot of effort to make the change. But whatever it takes... Kenc
